Well-Being Wednesday is all about prioritizing self-care, mental health, and overall well-being, especially for those on artificial nutrition (AN), their loved ones, and carers. Taking part is simple, and even small actions can make a big difference. Here’s how you can get involved:

2️⃣ Take Part in Well-Being Activities
